All school families are required to donate $350+ in cash donations or $350+ worth of items to the auction as noted in your registration contract. A $350 cash donation is always encouraged as well as Gift Cards and Creative Donations for the Live Auction. New items may also be donated, but must have a minimum value of $100 with a total value of items equaling or exceeding $350. This year's firm procurement deadline and item delivery date is January 25, 2025. After the procurement deadline, the amount is raised to a $400 + CASH ONLY donation.
To ensure the success of our auction we have listed our top donation priorities as follows:
#1 Cash
#2 Gift Cards – local restaurants, department stores, hotels etc.
#3 Creative Donations for the Live Auction (think travel, unique experiences, etc)
