We have a seat that could have YOUR name on it! Over the summer, we renovated our Little Theatre including putting in all new, larger and comfier seats. 

Play a leading role in supporting the Fine Arts at Kennedy Catholic High School by purchasing a seat...or two! A hand-engraved brass plate with your specified, approved copy will be placed on the armrest of the fixed seat in the Little Theatre. One seat may be named for $350 and two or more seats may be named for $250 each. Your gift is fully tax-deductible, and you’ll be part of Lancer history!

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I receive when I reserve my seat?
You’ll receive an email from Kennedy Catholic confirming your donation and the inscription you chose. Each seat plaque is a personalized, engraved brass plaque fixed on the seat of your choice, or we’ll be happy to choose one for you.

What can appear on my seat plaque?
You may choose to inscribe your own name, your graduation year, yourself plus your partner or other family members, or you may recognize a relative, friend, or student. You may also use phrases such as “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” to further personalize your seat plaque. Personal messages are not permitted. Seat plaque text is determined by the donor but is subject to character limitations and to Kennedy Catholic’s approval.

May I choose a specific seat for my plaque?
Absolutely! As long as the seat has not been previously requested. First come, first served on seat selection.

Where will the plaque be placed?
Your seat plaque will be on the arm of the chair you requested. A photo will be emailed to you after the plaque has been placed. Plaques will be ready to be viewed by LancerActs in May 2025. 

Will the seat that holds my plaque become my seat at shows in the Little Theatre?
This is a naming opportunity only and does not imply ownership of the seat nor does it reserve the use of the seat for performances. We do not assign seats for shows, therefore, you might want to come early if you want to sit in “your seat”!

Will my plaque be permanent?
The longevity of the plaques will correlate to how long the seats survive. If they are anything like our last ones, that could be 30+ years.
